SIDEWAYS AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Trilight Entertainment Inc agrees to the following:
It is the owner of the feature film documentary entitled “Sideways” along with the selling and viewing platform of www.sidewaysdocumentary.ca and has all the rights to license this film on any platform or territory. It is granting the ability for the Affiliate to market / sell the digital stream by directing customers to purchase the film on the www.sidewaysdocumentary.ca webpage. It has associated the Promo Code assigned to the group or individual listed above and will deliver to the Affiliate the digital PDF of the marketing poster that the Affiliate can use to market the film. It agrees to keep the film available on this platform until April 1, 2026. After April 1, 2026, this agreement will be considered terminated, and no further obligation will be permitted by either party. Trilight will report the final report and payment no later than April 15, 2026. It will pay the Affiliate $5.00 USD OR 33% of the sale each time the Promo Code assigned to the Affiliate is used. Trilight will report and pay revenues semi-monthly to the Affiliate on every 1st and 15th day of the month. Affiliate to provide banking details on the attached page.
Affiliate agrees that:
They will not receive any funds if their codes listed above is not used for any sales. They may begin this affiliation on the date this agreement is fully executed. Trilight reserves the right to terminate this agreement at its discretion should the Affiliate engage in any conduct that could negatively impact the film’s reputation. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable there to.
I confirm that all the above information is correct and I agree to the Sideways Affiliate Agreement.
